Privacy Policy

Scope of Services: Ramss, LLC DBA Ramss Security ("Company") agrees to provide security services as described in the agreement between the Company and the Client.
 

Personnel: All security personnel provided by the Ramss Security will be appropriately trained,
licensed, and certified as required by local, state, and federal laws.

 

Uniforms and Equipment: Ramss Security will provide all necessary uniforms, equipment, and
identification for its security personnel. Any loss, damage, or theft of company-provided
equipment due to negligence will be billed to the Client.

 

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide the necessary access, facilities, and
information required for the Ramss Security to perform its services effectively.

 

Confidentiality: All information shared with the security personnel shall be treated as
confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. Ramss Security will also offer NDA
(Non-Disclosure Agreement) documents for our clients to ensure that confidentiality
maintained.

 

Use of Force: Ramss Security personnel will use force only when necessary and in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations. Ramss Security will not be held liable for any legal
consequences resulting from the use of force by its personnel.

 

Reporting and Documentation: Ramss Security will maintain accurate and up-to-date records
of incidents, observations, and any actions taken. Reports will be submitted to the Client in a
timely manner.

 

Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, security personnel will follow established
protocols and procedures. Ramss Security will coordinate and assist local authorities as
necessary.

 

Insurance and Liability: Ramss Security carries appropriate insurance coverage for its
operations. The Client is responsible for maintaining its own insurance coverage for any
potential liabilities arising from the services provided by the Ramss Security.

 

Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with written notice. The Client is
responsible for any outstanding payments owed to the Ramss Security up to the termination date.

 

Billing and Payment: The Client agrees to pay invoices in a timely manner, as specified in the
agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. All payments must be made in Net 15 or 30
per the contract agreement.

 

Non-Solicitation: The Client agrees not to hire or engage any security personnel provided by the
Company directly, either during the term of the agreement or for a specified period after its
termination.

 

Compliance with Laws: Ramss Security will comply with all relevant laws and regulations
governing the provision of security services.

 

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through
mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

 

Amendments: This agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
